All Suites are Non-Smoking , however, smoking on your private oceanfront deck & grounds is allowed.

CANCELLATION: 7 days advance notice is required. All cancellations will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. So, if you are unsure about your dates do not make a reservation. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged for the first night. (We are not responsible for the weather but, if we cancel your reservation due to the occasional threat of a hurricane evacuation, there is no charge – we worry about that so you don’t have to!)

We are also reducing the Weekend Rates to $239 with a Minimum 2 night stay. (regularly $279-Save $40 a night on Friday and Saturday) No other coupons or discounts can be applied.
